When we learned that leftover shawarma meat can be kept and reused in some places, we decided KONA would do it differently. We bring fresh meat daily and do not reuse yesterday’s leftover shawarma meat.
Taste comes from spices, sauces, grilling, and fresh prep.
We do not depend on added MSG to push flavour. The taste comes from proper seasoning, vegetables, sauces, and the way the food is made.
One more way we try to cook with care.
We use sunflower oil and avoid palm oil shortcuts because we care about what goes into your food — not just how it looks on the plate.
